Hi all,
here's a review of the oztent foxwing awning.

Let me just say upfront, this is one of the best buys I've done for my 4wd and aside from a couple of small niggles, I'm very happy with the foxwing, especially the improvement over a single sided awning. There really is no comparison.

Hey mate, just wondering if you have experienced any issues with bolting through the body of the awning as I'm considering doing the same? Cheers.

No mate none at all. Just use good washers to spread the load and nyloc nuts. Has been all good

no pressure :) . Mate, they are so handy its not funny. Just keep an eye on it in good winds. Plus when you realise you haven't used it in a while, its a good excuse to head out of town for a camp.

What kind of roof rack is on your truck?

Hi, can't tell you I'm afraid. Picked it up second hand many years ago and it's been on a number of vehicles. It's full aluminium though and can get the measurements if that might help. Just a generic roof basket.
