Great video as always.

Technically it's the airframe, The whistle sound comes from the air blowing over the gun ports on the wings. Kind of like blowing over the top of a open bottle. If you can get the angle of attack right then you ge the air slipping over the front of the barrel ports causing the sound. That's why some maneuvors make the sound and others don't and why some Mustangs don't whistle at all. Those ones have had their gun ports covered up. I had to look this up!!

Alexander Cusden NOPE !!!! P51D/K that has been modified for 2 place, ie the bulged rear canopy and it does have the taller "H" tail, stabilizer on it !!! One shortcomings on the D as not enough rudder !!!!

@@AlexCusden Google "P51 Mustang Diamondback and read the long history of the plane !!! It was a racer, was rebuilt, crashed, killed the pilot, rebuilt and modified and is based in Idaho !!!! interesting !!!!
