This time, let's talk about the P-Bandai HGUC Gundam Unit 4, and by extension Unit 5 (pretty much the same thing but different weapon), the original red/blue tactical Gundam combo.
These kits can look so good, but with a lot of work. Here I'll go over everything to watch out for, every issue and solution with these kits, so yours can hopefully also have the glory they deserve.

Absolutely love the work you did to both units the question did you extend the ammo belt for the mini gun on the G05 and if so, how did you do it?

Why do you use black superglue as opposed to clear? Looking good BTW!

I mostly use black superglue to fill in gaps, it leaves a thin black line after sanding as a visual indicator on if the area is properly filled or not, black superglue also has higher viscosity so it'll fill an area better than clear glue

Wow, this looks great. It really is a shame about the color separation on the pale rider style shields. It doesn't seem like it'd be too hard to properly color separate at least the big chunk along the center of the shield.

The big chunk in the middle is easy, but if you want to actually do the entire thing you quickly start to run into little annoying issues, a lot of the color separations don't have clear panel lines for you to go off of, and as you can see in the video, some of them don't even have a continuous edge. I feel like Bandai just really didn't put any thoughts into the part, they just expected you to put some blue stickers on and call it a day

@@comradegunpla Hopefully at some point bandai does like... a Pale Rider Revive or MG Pale Rider or something and makes the shields less sticker heavy.
