Politics apart, I believe there is something to be learnt from this man's ability to handle tough questions. Even though, his side is totally weak, he is able to articulate his answers well and provide a convincing answer to all questions. Every time the interviewer asks about vote share and congress' declining regime in India, Mr. Chidambaram provides a clinical answer to it. A well read person.

He is Prime Minister material....he is the sharpest brain/ intellect in the Congress Party....a unique combo of a fine legal mind, financial mind, and political mind, which explains his brilliant articulation and ability to provide convincing answers....Very seldom do we get a 3-in-1 mind like P Chidambaram....Many forget that it was he who gave us the "DREAM BUDGET" of 1997/ 1998, when he was the FM in the 3rd front Deve Gowda coalition that then ruled at the Centre..... 115 days of incarceration in the Tihar jail, has squared off the revenge game between him and current Union Minister Amit Shah...PC's sharp intellect and legal brain were instrumental in making Amit Shah a "THADIPAAR" in his home state of Gujarat for more than 2 years....if the Congress Party were to ever come back to power in 2024, dont be surprised if PC becomes our PM...115 days in Tihar jail has made him a stronger political leader as well....In Indian politics, a 3 or 4 month jail term, adds to the political halo of martyrdom, around the incarcerated leader.....
