Greg Proops french inhaled wax like five times, you can't not inhale when you do that. All of you saying he spits his smoke out, that's not true, he just doesn't hold it in. And I'd appreciate it if I didn't get a "uh, you have to hold it in for 7-10 seconds for an effect" nah, its immediate. He's an older dude and probably doesn't have the best lung capacity. Just watch the video, smoke your bud and chill.

Greg Proops so quickly became a favorite guest for me. He's really in it for the art and he knows a lot, he's insightful, and he doesn't get all paranoid or disabled when he smokes... I like when he talks about left-brained freestyle comedy, I think that's an area I personally should explore, as a drummer who could always freestyle sing/rap when I hit the spliff!

I love Greg Proops. He's such a cool guy. Anytime I've seen him on anything he always just seems like someone you would never be bored hanging out with.

I'm a Proopspterian.....I worship that man...And unlike some people leaving comments, I also know how to do a French inhale. If he's not actually smoking, how come he's high as shit by the end of the program? You don't have to hold it in for a half hour with every hit. Some people smoke joints just like cigarettes. Im just happy Proops mentioned Toots! Saw him a few years ago and he played non stop for 2 hours, dancing the whole time and he was in his mid to late 60's.

Greg just has a high tolerance for weed. He has been doing it since the 70s. Longer than most people leaving comments on here. And you only need to inhale the smoke into your lungs. You don't have to hold it there. The high will get to you regardless. And the amazing thing about weed is that every high from every different strain. A train wreck high is not exactly like a blue dream. And they were mixing different kinds of weed with wax hits from the vapor pen. So they were doing it all. They were all high as fuck. They were just able to play it cool because they do this almost every day. But just not this much usually. Doug is able to spoil them with all his different peaces. Any Celebrity stoner or weed enthusiast would love to come on Doug's show. This show just needs more public exposure. And it will eventually. As most states have legalized medical Cannabis. And eventually it will become decriminalized nation wide. Thats the direction it is headed. Tax Cannabis sales. Anything weed related from the Herb to the CBD oils. Which is the non THC element of Cannabis. CBD is purely medical. I know so many people that are in their 50s and 60s that are ready to see Cannabis become fully legal on the federal level. Because it is already a known fact that it is cheaper for a person to get a 60 dollar Medical Marihuana card. I hate the word Marihuana. I prefer the word herb, flower, bud, weed, ect. Marihuana is the name that the Tobacco companies gave to America. Because they didnt want people smoking something that was good for them. They wanted to get people addicted to something that was bad for them. It is really Fucked up if you think about it. How corrupt shit can get when money from mass addiction is on the line. Greed over healing is the American Dream. Our country and our systems are so broken and ready for reform. That reform is coming.

I dont listen to 311, so I didnt know who P-nut was, but after watching this, he seems like a really cool guy. he was an awesome guest, I also liked how him and greg realized theyre bestfriends hahah. anyway, good episode, have him on more. and obviously always have greg on more too

No one seemed to notice the reference to McConaughey's 'I'm my own hero' speech. P.S. I like the segments like Pot Topics, but I like that Doug will forgo them to let his guests finish a bit/story even more. The segments should be there merely to fill gaps in the conversation; if the conversation is lively enough, you can go the whole episode without a segment, and I'll still be content.

I've been a fan of Greg Proops since I was a kid. I honestly hope he meets Stewart Lee and they make some comedic super sauce, because Greg Proops transcends all boarders and can do SO MUCH MORE than he is right now.

This has been my favorite episode.

Watching some of these older episodes over again reminds me of how melancholy Doug was for a while. A couple months he was just off of his game and seemed unhappy. I'm glad to see him seeming happier and joking around and having fun again in some of the newer episodes! :)

I take smaller hits and hold it in as long as possible. For me the longer capillary action in my lungs is a huge benefit. I get high everyday and stoned almost every night and it still takes me about 2months to finish a 1/4. Low tolerance or holding it in....I don't care what the reason may be but I love being a cheap high! Always loving the show Doug, keep it up.

Do you know Keith Jarrett got a scholarship for 2 years at Berklee College of music. He got kicked out because he like to sneak out to smoke weed, and now although he is not well. But he is one of the great piano player of all time. He was a known stoner.
