In the beginning(intro) it was a city of dreams and a city of opportunities for V, and in the end story it was a city of sorrow and disappointments. Despite the fact that the city has not changed, the attitude of V and Me towards this city has changed.
Which reminds me a phrase from Wolf's rain character called Tsume. While staring at the buildings he said something like:" this city has nothing for us"
Night City promises you everything, gives oportunities making you smile long enough to forget the price you are about to pay. No one wins in Night City but you can shoose how to lose.
Просто лучший ремикс по киберпанку, техно церковный хор, я не знаю как назвать бэк вокал , все круто до мурашек , заслушала до дыр и писала диплом под нее )
Something about V story... maybe one of us want succeed in life but not all of us are able to do. Truth is... we just have to keep ourselves on the road until... we can't no more. But in the time we can, we should dare to dream and dream big. In the end win or fail. Actually no matters. You tried your best.
Idk why but I keep coming back to this game, at least on youtube. I've already had my fill of playing it, but man.... I don't think I've ever felt so connected to my own character or environment in a game before. It was like seeing a better version of myself. And the story made me feel connected to all the characters in a surprisingly organic way.
Without a doubt the best remix, you captured the exact spirit of the music, and the pessimistic tone of the entire cyberpunk genre, in the sense that the game is an warning for humanity as a whole to come together and organize itself in a better way and avoid all technological evolution been controlled by billionaires, now you need to do an extended version!!!!!!!!
It's late 2023 now and I'm playing Version 2 + the PL expansion on a new rig,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, but there was something real special about playing it at launch with a so-so PC; everybody else was hating on the game,,,,,, but I could see just how good it was, and how great it could become. I don't even care to hear the haters praise it now,,,,, go F-off, they can only say good things when the "popular kids" give the okay to like something. Good video, TY.
I heard of Cyberpunks disasterous launch and didnt think much of it...then something changed...i just got interested in it for some reason. It might have been the John Wick films or something but I just got so attached to the world of Cyberpunk. I watched Edgerunners, cried my eyes out then i got the game
Night City is like a nightmare that you keep hoping will turn into a dream. If you intended to capture that hopeful despair of the game where any corner you rounded could put you in the big leagues or in the ground, you succeeded, beautifully. The interesting part is that from the gutter to the penthouse, no one was untouchable; dolls getting infected with brain viruses and CEO's of massive companies getting strangled by their offspring. Sometimes, it felt like the only real hope of Cyberpunk was living long enough to die on marble floors instead of in piss on concrete sidewalks. This remix can echo forever and never get old. The video editing is not bad either.
Cyberpunk edgerunners and the game are both emotional roller-coasters and in my own eyes I see them as they were my life entirely and see them that they are purfect
Man, this is so beautiful... That's how cyberpunk world should be heard as music: calming, but anxiety at the same time; touching but make you feel empty; and so... so dark and deep but you actually like this hugs from something unexplored.
I'm just glad that I did not miss out on this game, despite all the mean comments about the bugs and glitches. The storyline and voice acting carried the whole game to be a win for me.
Out of all the games I have played, this games story made me very emotional. Sure it was buggy and wasnt a modern open world game as they promised, but the story line delivered. Easily one of the most fun games I have played
I mean, "modern" open world usually means a big dead map with nothing to do there, so its a good thing they didn't make the game "modern" imo :) even with all the hate it's still one of the richest open worlds out there
With everything pretty much fixed and modders doing a wonderful job, this game will even get better over the next 2 years. I think of all my playthroughs and in the end if you really stop and look around, there is so much too this game. The Shards alone tell allot about the people or situations you run into, some being that of lore. The music is wonderful, and you even get to listen to Mike Pondsmith talk about Night City as he portrays his role in that of Maximum Mike. The DJ's and music are very good, this coming from someone who grew up in from the 70's with the likes of Motown, Disco, Wave, Goth-Industrial, House-Acid Jazz etc. and Classic Rock. The Story is very epic, the characters believable, with situations you come across are dynamic, raw and emotional. Truly blessed to have creators give us such a masterpiece no matter what haters say. Have had the opportunity to talk to Mike Pondsmith himself, what a brilliant mind he has and a true gamer at heart. He wrote in my Collector's Edition Guide... "Stay on the Edge" In short enjoy this beautiful game and keep positive, and stay cool.
I haven't been kept captive by a game for so long since forever. rdr2, witcher 3, none of all those big titles really clicked with me. but this one is different. thank you for the feedback!
My man! Im aware of this, just got issues with paying for distribution subscription (russian visas are blocked in the outside world). Im working on it bro
Cyberpunk 2077 is more a "spiritual successor" to Planescape: Torment than Tides of Numenera ever was. The setting and graphics are *completely* different of course, but Cyberpunk has the same themes, the same feel, the same focus on redemption and the price that has to be paid. One of the best games I've ever played. It's really annoying to see people _still_ s**t on it for being buggy on Playstation 4.
Rogue would have not accept a gig like that. In fact i think none of the “legit” fixers would. (Especially with two mercs that were still nobodies at that point) They know you don’t bite the hand that feeds you. Cyberpunk edgerunners has actually a pretty good explanation as to how things and agreements between fixers and corporations work. Only someone as narcissistic and foolish as Dex would have risked to go down this path.
the OST in this game is absolutely incredible and fits in every possible theme the game has to offer. The atmosphere is unlike any other games Ive ever experienced and the lingering effect it has over me just drives me crazy ive been tryna fill tht void with every possible entertainment/media thts similar to the cyberpunk world and find myself just wanting more and more.
It's been two years... And, i just only found this remix geez!! Anyways, you've done some awesome wave job. To the upcoming first and last dlc it's just motivating to play again and again, forever... Thank You.
Man... I must say, this is truly epic. I love cp2077, and this song even more. Damn, I remember watching trailer of it with this song, after waiting too many years. I'm making now some content using midjourney in cyberpunk style, and I have to ask - Can I use your song as a background for some? Of course, with credits of that amazing remix. Love it. Thank you for this masterpiece.
one of my personal favorite remixes for a video game song that I've heard. Incredible bonus of the beautiful views of Night City played with the song as well. Seriously, dude, this deserves more recognition. it's perfect.
I still come back to this remix. Hearing this song at the end of the game was like a punch to the gut that filled me with sense of helpless sadness. This remix captures those feelings with a haunting hope for a better future.
That was the goal! this remix is my version of the original's song extension, and the good thing is that you got my point! it is very, very pleasing :)
tbh there is hope for Vs Survival , could be the next big DLC with the ending where he actually survives after the crystal palace , after all mr blue eyes did say that he can help V with the relic, its confirmed on the Wiki ...here: "During the meeting, V made it clear that they had nothing else to lose, as this was a very dangerous operation which no one had ever done before, but expected Mr. B would hold his side of the bargain, whom assured the merc that he understood they were fighting for a chance for survival and would help them if they succeeded with the job." and considering that there has been a lot of ingame rumors that the people with blue eyes are the real people with a lot of Power, most probably even higher power than arasaka, Garry the Prophet mentions how "Blue Eyed People" live in space and come down to Earth to control politicians. i would go as far as to say that we are talking about someone who potentially has Earth on the palm of his hand and definetly has a lot of connections to black market Surgeons, so if anyone can prolongue Vs Life or even let him live to the average Life expectancy of 2077 (wich by the year of 2077 has greatly improved, due to the advanced Medical research according to the short messages in the loading screens) so the person that could save V is Mr Blue Eyes.
imagine you have lived your life. Suddenly you wake up in a stranger's head 50 years after your death and you relive the whole thing all over again. You realize you're just a copy of yourself from the past. You meet old friends whom you let down but unfortunately you no longer have a chance to improve your relationship. You finally find out that the place where you are buried is in a garbage dump, far from everyone. You feel forgotten and unwanted. That mission when Johny went with V to his grave, damn. Never fade away starts playing quietly in the background. It hits you differently and you completely change your way of thinking about life.
@@shdsky Yeah, they did at that. Plenty of people can complain about the bugs on launch, I might have even been one of them. But but but but but... They aced on the style, the depth of world they created. The humour, the horror, the inspiring moments, the occasional moments of "noooooooooo"". "Today, they send you to zero somebody; tomorrow they send someone else to zero you". Cyberpunk in a single sentence. Even that they made 2 versions of this song. Which was *right*.
The lack of control of your life, the lack of understanding, the dependence on other people - like your young and yet healthy parents... but a mesmerizing thing of beauty, still 🥲
It's been a while since a game has captured a real meaningful story being told. Watching the anime now and it's still gold story telling. Have to collect the comics now to continue it, but damn do I love the vibe from it all!
this world doesn't give me such vibes tbh! but there's definitely a place for darkness and helplessness in a city like this, for sure. thanks for your feedback, appreciate it very much man!
Every now and then I find my self looking for different versions of this song to check if I fell the same as I did first time I listened this song as finished cyberpunk. Yeah, this one brought this nostalgic feeling. Gz
Parole : a thing of beauty - I know will never fade away what you did to me - I know said what you had to say but a thing of beauty - I know will never fade away
When I finished this game for the third time, I felt that I could never do it again. So to prevent myself of going again in this perfect game, I deleted random script of the cache game, making it impossible to play it again. It hurt deeply inside of me, but inside this pain, there is joy of memories.
@@shdsky Its like thoses gacha games that requires you to play on it at least one time a day. You don't realise it, but you are addicted to it, and its hard to get out. It was my decision, and I'm always laughing about how Madman like you say, was that Thanos snap on my game. X)
I bought cp77 for what i saw. I played it for what i enjoyed. I finished it for what i felt. This game left lasting mark on my heart. With every ending. I felt something more. I cant wait for phantom liberty. And a potential added ending
Thanks bro! My other stuff isn't quite like this one though, but I'm thinking about doing more instrumental songs with vibey visuals in the future. Stay tuned! 🙃
yeah man honestly I thought about that many times after releasing. but I used a different technique at the time, so the vocals are kinda in the background. but I try not to be too critical of the things that I cant change :)
