P0748 DTC Got Me Stuck In 3rd Gear On A Hyundai Accent. I Was Told That I Need A Transmission

Customer states...My vehicle drives and pulls off in 3rd gear only and the gears slams in. Also, my steering wheel intermittently becomes hard to turn. What do you think it is? Others said that I need a transmission.
Let's take a stab at this vehicle to see if we can diagnose it for the customer.

you did not show the part number of the EcU for non technician so that we will be able to replace a new EcU rather than fix the board Integrated circuit.

by the way, is the car shown on 3rd gear stuck issue Hyundai accent 1.6L gamma engine? if so, this is my car. ECU part no is E92B 39127 2B540. Is this correct?

You have to do some checks first. You may blame the transmission and it can be an electrical issue that is hindering the vehicle from driving. I can't say off the top because it can be a lot of variables that can trigger these codes
