If its on local LAN then you can try but it will take lot of time, but if its over network then it will break in-between.

Nice video. What will happen to Physical machine? Do we have Windows OS after converting to VM? What about Windows license?

Thank you. You can use the physical machine and VM both simultaneously. Both will work without any issue.

We have a physical Esxi server with vSphere 5.5. Can we create vSphere 7.0 nested lab on it?

Yes. You will have to create one windows VM and inside that, you can create vSphere 7.0 lab on VMware Workstation.

No need to update physical esxi vSphere 5.5 to 7 ?

@@thaivis9042 5.5 cannot be upgraded directly to 7. If you can format the host and install 7 then it would be a better option to create a cluster of a physical server itself instead of lab on a VMWare workstation.
