I mean, she is. These combos are extremely situational and hard to memorize and execute. Pretty much all characters in this game can do touch of death combos with a good fatal counter starter 150 meter one more burst and awakening, but you will only get to do them once in your life at best, so what's the point? Yukiko has abysmal defense, low meterless damage, situational mix-up, and her zoning isn't even that good. There are non-zoning based characters in this game that outzone her zoning.

They aren't evil, just parts of themselves they need to accept... the more they reject those parts the more they slowly become Little Hobgoblin creatures that play Grapplers and eat paint

In a real fight yes, but these are pretty much just eye candy combos.

I think these combos benefit if the opponent has used their burst... otherwise using a full meter TOD would be stupid
