His advice to new players is to enjoy it so I think he lives by it. Thankfully bs in this game is usually spread out so it isn't too tiring if you are anywhere near as good as he is :D

How do you keep your cool on this game, especially solo ? Playing in PvE is already anxious for me

Not landmark but.... It's just a game, if you mess up and die, oh well it's just pixels on a screen so there's no need to be that intimidated. As for the PVE, think about it this way the scavs were put in the game to be killed, it's their main purpose, practice a bit with offline mode to get confidence with your gunplay and then just carry over what you learned there to online raids. The main thing is just to not let dying get into your head, it sucks but it's part of the game.
