Long breath and long breath, subtle breath, no breath all can be experience in vipasanna abdominal breath awareness. Awareness 3 part of each breath increase concentration and mindfulness. BUDDHAM SARANAM GACCHAMI

Jhanna are attacment to an object that leads one to absorbtion. That absorbtion is strong attachement to single object. In vipasanna the 16 steps vipasanna knowledge does not link or attached to any object instead they experiece it existence hidden in the mind and that these mental object are obstruction hidden in the mind causing us to become ignorance of the truth of NIBANNA. The mind use the support of the body as its foundation. So as one practice vipassnna, and as one vipasanna wisdom gradually develop, the developed calmness and the ability of the mind to continuously follow the meditation breath, clear comprehension will brings about clarity of the mind. With clarity of mind, it become possible to let the pure awareness penetrate these mind delusions and severed it with togather with all ignorance hidden in the mind and destroyed it completely. One will reach the final truth of the 4 noble truth that is END OF SUFFERRINGS. BUDDHAM SARANAM GACCHAMI

Breath are concept. If one watch movement it is air element. Abdominal rising and falling is related to breath or abdominal rising and falling is impossible. So rising and falling on abdominal is breath contemplation. One can attain nibanna by vipasanna on watching abdominal rising and falling as taught by MAHASI SAYADAW. The focus of rising and falling when focus with ultimate mindfulness one will reach all the 16 vipasanna. The 14th and 15th vipasanna nana is magga palla attainment. BUDDHAM SARANAM GACCHAMI

In vipassana once one decend the 4 foundation of mindfulness one will also be able to understand non self, the 3 characteristic of aniccha, dukkha, anatha and finally come to decend the 4 noble truth. When one reach the 11 vipasanna nana, one has already decend the 4 foundation of mindfulness the 3 characteristic, and the first 3 parts of the 4 noble truth. The last truth of the 4 noble truth is when one enter magga(the 14th vipasanna nana and palla(the 15 vipasanna nana) Hope you can understand. Suki hotu.

In and out will change to no breath so when this happen it is one samadhi has developed. And upon fully developed the body and mind vanished altogether. Ceesation has occur anone has experience nibanna. One is now an ARIYA. BUDDHAM SARANAM GACCHAMI

Do not investigate in watching breath. In vipasanna just aware, focus but do not investigate bec when one investigate it require thinking. When thinking arise that is not medtation subject. Please note this difference. BUDDHAM SARANAM GACCHAMI

The BUDDHA already say there is only one way no two way. There is only one way to nibanna and that way is to practice SATIPATHANA So the BUDDHA say: "Ekayanoayamvemago Satipattahana" And Satipattahana is directly link up to vipasanna. BUDDHAM SARANAM GACCHAMI

In vipasanna one do not need jhanna as vipasanna has samadhi and sankharupekkha and panna. That is why you can reach enlightment. CONFIRM. BUDDHAM SARANAM GACCHAMI

4 element meditation cannot be enlighted. Only decending 4 foundation of mindfulness only then one will gradually reach the ceesation of sufferring. Nibanna are relised. Vipasanna wisdom nana are very penetrative. Samatha practioners cannot understand fully the 16 vipssanna nana. Their practice leads to absorbtion. This jhanna absorbtion is without wisdom. Vipasanna 16 nana see nama and rupa perfectly clearly. Ask a real vipasanna teacher and you will hear different
