Incfile is probably fine if you don’t mind waiting weeks or months for them to actually file your paperwork. It’s been over 3 weeks for me and they still haven’t filed mine. I would have done it myself if I’d have known they would take so long.

As a veteran, I know that if I set up LLC via Penn file, the $125 is waived. Do you know if that is the case with in file as well. I do like the additional services with infile. Thank you- Kathryn

Hi I just wanted to get your feedback on this particular situation i live in pa and i was thinking about forming a LLC i have my example name here as Blue Arm Beard Co that is what my logo name is. it says i can't have more than one operating name on the LLC Form i'm guessing i can't put Company and LLC at the same time. My question is how would i go about that Should i name my LLC Blue Arm Beard LLC and create a doing business as Blue Arm Beard Co or should i change the logo design and take Co out of the design? A registered agent does zero to protect your personal assets. You should work with an attorney to get legal advice about forming your business, not a website and guy who doesn't know what he's talking about.

For the infile Silver package, does it come with an EIN?
