Best dosa receipt ever. I live in USA NJ over 20 years and accordingly to my hubby this definitely beats any restaurant even with his making. Aunty's cooking is so amazing that I can understand even though I don't know tamil. But I seem to miss out on a few things .if you can put the subtitles or put up the ingredients, measurement and recipe for all her vedios, that would be great. Thanks and God bless.

Nice to see Ganesh Anna spreading dosa batter. Dosa n Idli hot and fresh with chutney feels like heaven. We do this variation but nice to hear when mani talks about it. Being away from the country makes us feel lonely. It’s soothing to hear her talk n makes us feel at home.

Namaskaram Maami & Ganesh Anna.... I have tried your dosa recipe and it came out very well. The crispiness in dosa lasts for more than 15 minutes. I never made dosa like this! A big applause to you for putting so much effort in sharing all these recipes :)

I so look forward to your videos and love hearing you. My two cents for the dosai: when you make it thin, the exposed top cooks anyway. Simply fold and remove after cooking one side to keep it crisp. Turning it softens the dosai. Anna, your able camera work and commentaries make the videos so nice. Thank you both.

Mother n son banter not only humorous. . It helps... I was confused when mami used different measurement cups...it is btr to use same measuring cup for measuring instead of using one/ half/ quarter etc different cups

Hi Mami, i prepared Dosa Batter as you have suggested. Dosa Came very well with crispy and reddish on top. Felt happy! Also Ganesh's interactions adds colors to your presentation. Also seen some of your other videos and experiences you have shared. When most of current mid and older generations wont even have a photo or video or rarely get to know about experiences like how they lived etc., of their grand or great grandparents, yours videos are gem for your family and your generations will be proud of your effort. Both Keep rocking!

For ghee roast, masala dosa is the perfect flour, with good golden colour. Seeing the video salaiva is coming. Of course using more oil gives more crispy texture. Mami is always giving good tips too. Many times watching her than the recipe. Miami, thank you for giving correct measurements for both mixer grinder as well as for wet grinder.

Hello mami missed your New videos last few days.... Vazhgavalamudan.... Good avoiding plastic as far as possible, even you can share the reason in any other video, it will help many viewers to avoid plastic and protect them from artificial estrogen, chemical leaching into food stuff, we canot replace the PVC water tank or PVC water pipe connection, but we can limit plastic usage as much as possible..... Even microvawe (!).....

Thoor dhal is tasty and good for health..... Generally reduce the masoor dhal consumption since it is said it affects the nervous system.... Muga vadam, etc. recently in tamilnadu it was a hottopic that in ration government is supplying masoor dhal which is not good for health and also it's sale was banned in 1968(in 60's).... But in many hotels I see they serve sambar made with masoor dhal...because it gives same taste of thoor dhal...
