Hi stew, could you do a video solely on the kick off the wall, dolphin kick and double arm pull? It seems to me that the only way for me to get faster as a 5’7 male is to do that correctly. Thanks!

nearly every one of my videos demonstrates that. In fact, I also have some shorts that suggest skipping if you are not losing momentum off the wall.

HI Stew, Question on the swim. When coming off the wall how many underwater pulls are allowed? Seems like most people do one pull out and a dolphin. May a person do 2 underwater pulls ?

Depends on who is giving the test - some set rules for such things some do not. My advice is do not do it and depending on your ability, you may want to take ALL of them out - See reasons - www.stewsmithfitness.com/blogs/news/to-pullout-or-not-css-debate
