Paul Gamble will show you what "flaking the canopy" looks like while PRO Packing and parachute. While this may seem tedious it guarantees cleaner openings and on heading. As you become more experience you can speed it this up.
Thanks, that was awesomely done. I recently took a pack class; finding the lines and flaking the rear of the canopy was confusing --your instruction put it together for me. Also, color coordinating the lines is a gr8 idea!
Great video. The only thing I do differently and recommend is NOT having the 3-ring system in direct contact with the ground as that will wear out the risers quickly over time. I prefer them to face out.
@@kuursma1987 Yeahh. My parents threatened me don't do it and I stopped trying. I went a few times ready to do it but that one time I crossed the bridge railing my feet started to shake and I changed my mind. However I went again and throw the parachute with the sack and it opened. I didn't had a malfunction not a single time. I was, that had fear of the height and the gap.
I jumped for years and a number one rule is to get instruction from people are trained and signed off to train others. For all new jumpers, do not follow youtube videos for training. Get your training at your dropzone.
