Best tip is to choose/lay out daily outfits. I used to think this was OTT but actually it doesn't mean you have to wear that outfit on that day, but it focuses your mind and means you only pack the required number for the amount of time on hols. The number of outfits I used to pack far outnumbered the number of days away!
Loved this! Will you be doing a follow up of what clothes you actually wore/outfits you put together, and whether anything didn’t get used, or if you had too little? Or if anything ended up not being practical?
I wore both of the shoes, the tennis shoes and black sandals, with the dresses. I have a foot injury which prevents me from wearing "cute" shoes because they aggravate my injury. Personally, I did not feel underdressed when wearing the black sandals with the dresses. I saw others wearing similar styles. If I wasn't injured, I might have packed a flat strappy leather sandal to wear out to dinner, but I don't see that to be a necessity. My dresses aren't formal so I styled them in a more casual way.
It did get wrinkled, I put it in the bathroom with the hot shower going and that helped a lot! Any other wrinkles just fell out after wearing for a day.
I definitely could have, it is carry-on size. I chose not to on the way over because we had a layover in Iceland where we wanted to leave the airport to go to the Blue Lagoon for a few hours before our next flight, and I didn't want to have to take my whole backpack there for just a few hours. It was just better for us to not have to worry about it.
