Do you not have to wear a helmet when you ride your bike in Sydney? I'm pretty sure it's a law in Adelaide and we can get fined if we're caught riding without a helmet?

I have a few questions about PCOS, if you don't mind! I, myself have it as well. I'm currently on the pill but no longer want to be due to the crazy mood swings I get from it. However, I am scared of not getting my period, or on the contrary, getting pregnant (since I am in a relationship) My question to you is, does your healthy diet bring you back to having a regular cycle, and do you use any other contraceptives?
