Loved this vlog so much!Kurt stole the show at the end in the best possible way! Serving up some Anna vibes from Netflix's inventing anna. Also love how real you are with newborn life! I remember the clingy stage when you'd lovingly get them to sleep, rocking, patting, swaying and then go to put them down asleep and PING they're awake. Super frustrating but you just take it in your stride. You are amazing 💕

I’m a 60 something grandma who loves your channel and find it very inspirational and uplifting. Btw I had an ED when I was in my teens when it was quite a new ‘thing’. I would have found this vlog very helpful back then - I’m totally fine now but all the health info and self esteem inspiration is wonderful because the two go hand in hand. I know because I mentioned the dreaded ED word you may have to delete this but just wanted to give another perspective and that not all your followers are 20 something! Love the ‘do’ 💕

A newborn hack that you could try! My nurse told me that babies startle when you put them on their backs. Once baby is asleep or almost asleep in your arms if you put them on their side first in the crib or bassinet(hold your hand on them in this side position) and then very slowly roll them to their back with your hand. Do not leave them on their side as this is not safe and they can roll onto their fronts and that’s super danger especially while swaddled. This worked WONDERS for me.

I’m so thankful you shared the little bit at the beginning about splitting up for sleep. I’m having our second baby only 16 months after our baby girl & we are not ready to stop room sharing & she certainly will not be down for it. Daddy is going to move into our nursery so that baby boy and I can get good sleep and our baby girl feels safe❤️ Anyways, it’s just so encouraging to hear you say it’s working for y’all!
