I am a stroke survivor and want to ensure that I don't have another one. I am the mother of two boys and the the step mother of a wonderful young lady. I have been with my husband for 16 wonderful years. With the love and support of my family and friends, my medical team and with the strength and protection of the All Mighty, I commit myself to beating my food addiction and get rid of my binge habits. On this channel I will share my struggles and my successes and perhaps help another soul who is struggling with the same issues. I want to be healthy, mentally and physically. I hope to bring value, motivation and encouragement to this channel.
