I love your canoe trips. The beautiful scenery and peaceful water sounds. Quiet music. All the waterfalls were great. The larger one where the water was white with the huge trees and beautiful fall colors orange, red, green and brown; that was a postcard image. Will buy wild boar bacon from a local organic grocery store here in Toronto. It might be sourced from the same place you were talking about. It is smokey and delicious!
