I think: Russel stays, Latifi comes with a big bag of money, unfortunately. So maybe as a reserve driver, but I don't see Hulk as reserve driver at Williams.
I can see him being a test at either Mercedes or Ferrari Jumping in to a seat during 2020 if something happens, or getting a drive back in 2021 like Ocon has done lately
Hulk will be at Redbull if Albon does not deliver in the remaining races. Thats why he has not announced anything yet because Redbull are assessing Albon. If Albon delivers, Hulk could be at WIlliams.
Seizure Millan I’ve been considering that, but if they go with Russell+Latifi that’s a very inexperienced lineup. Russel would be going to those tracks for only the second time (except the “new” ones obviously) and latifi would be rookie. It would make sense to have hulk around for a year to really help russel become a team leader
RottieShep CALIBRE one might say that’s the point of a journalist... wiggle your way into tight spaces and get all the scoops. But wouldn’t stop me from wanting to do Will’s job 😂
It’s Vizor sorry, I cringe with Will trying to be funny...and being everybody’s friend. Never controversial or challenging..maybe it’s an age issue? I prefer Ted’s notebook which was replaced with this paddock pass I believe.
@@cabletelcontar5440 well thats all he really want's to say. All else is just filling the interviewers time. And after all, Kimi says all that's clear: I don't know, we'll see tomorrow.
Everyone wants to secure young talented drivers like Max n Charles and then groom them, the hunt for the next Seb n Lewis is on, for 2021 going on, unfortunately Hulk doesn't seem to fit in
Would love to see him come to IndyCar, at least as a part time driver like Max Chilton. Understandable to not want to race ovals, but he could still do the road/street courses.
"...you must be in big demand..." "...of course! Massive phone bills, etc ..." "...Wait but that means YOU'RE the one phoning people..." "...well...." Lol 😂🤣 Burnnn! Nice catch there Will 👌🏽👏🏽😁
@@gillesvandycke6849 nice this time i will be awake and watch the training but the race at 7:00 AM sunday morning is too early for me i will be sleeping this time 😁
The last time I had to wake up this early for a race was... for the Australian GP because this is one of three races on the calendar that is a good time for Australia. Woot woot!

“I think Grosjean’s had a good year” What? He’s 2nd to last in the drivers championship (if you discount Williams), crashed into his team mate, crashed in the pit lane, crashed in Russia, crashed in Singapore, plenty of retirements?! Yep, fantastic season that
He’s getting praise a lot because of his work in helping understand the car and what’s wrong as well as what’s right, so his race day performances go up and down but maybe behind the scenes he’s been instrumental
The crash into his teammate you could blame on both. But then again the Haas just disintergrated with the mildest of contacts. Singapore was a racing incident. Pit lane accident was in Free practice. His Haas broke down 5 times this season where he wasn't at fault. And the car is horrendously inconsistent. The least of the problems Haas face are the drivers.
@@cymkriis5147 Yea exactly. They are keeping him in the team because they know the car isn't good enough at the moment and he is inexpensive and good at development. End of next year they will be hoping to have a strong car with a good young driver coming through.
13:04 Scatman John was actually ridiculously popular in Japan. They made a funko pop of him and one of his albums had bonus tracks commissioned by Japanese companies.
Leclerc "it was not clear to both of the drivers' meaning 'I was clear about how things were supposed to be but Seb didn't play the game but I won't throw him under the bus because Mattia said I couldn't'. It was clear to one, but not both.
Suzuka is my current favorite track in the F1 Game (and one of my favorites in Gran Turismo Sport). Hopefully the other teams give some battle to Mercedes. Even when Lewis is almost already champion, I like to keep the spectacle interesting by giving options to others.
I have been watching F1 avidly since the late 1980's. I have to say that Will's unique style, matched with his knowledge and inimitable enthusiasm make him one of the best, if not the best journalists I have ever seen report on our beloved sport. I also have to say that Hamilton came across so well here; humble yet confident.
I do believe that I have never seen Kimi Raikkonen exited in any interview or about any race win. Calm, soft spoken, no imotional outbursts, infact quite boring. ..... I wonder how his mind works, how the gears mesh, how & why is he the way he is?
Just so you know, Hamilton can't win the title this weekend. Mercedes can secure both titles though, but whatever happens this weekend, Bottas wil keep the mathematical chance to win the title
Mathematical plonking: With one straight cut you can slice a pie into two pieces. A second cut that crosses the first one will produce four pieces, and a third cut can produce as many as seven pieces. What is the largest number of pieces that you can get with six straight cuts?
Will Buxton just seems like the perfect guy to go and have a beer with I would love that actually :D he is so reasonable and actually thinks about what he is going to say, you can see that in the Videos
All these teams hunting for the next big talent and drivers becoming younger is leaving out guys like Hulkenberg, who are now considered 'old'. I'd sign Hulkenberg and team him up with a young guy for various reasons (ideally Red Bull, despite their driver policy). He's fast and consistent and would make a reliable number 2 who can step up if needed. He's yet to drive a competitive car, so will be humble and not cause internal issues. His experience is great for car development. He's marketable and a respected name among fans, having him alongside a young driver would give sponsors a wider reach than 2 young drivers would have.
Is it really a good time of the year to hold the Japanese Grand Prix anyway? It 'could' follow the Australian GP or around that part of the season when 'the circus' is Asia side.
To be fair to them, Lewis was asking to do the same thing earlier in the year. Retire the car to get more engine parts because he was out of the points. A wing though is pretty bad, I mean do they have zero old wings left from the beginning of the season?
The pre race plan from Ferrari was silly. If your on pole it’s only natural that cars behind are gonna try and slip stream you. Seb was always gonna go for it. Should have just excepted the natural racing behaviour and let them fight it out like racing drivers are supposed to do.
I think LeClerc might have a chance for a politician career because he can be a very Textbook PR Machine while reminding everyone what he actually wanted to do which contradict to what he said in an interview all in calm and mannered fashion
He did mention he went through psychocogical training early in his career. F1 drivers are public people in the middle of power struggles so their job isn't too different from politicians in this regard.
Lewis: "...hopefully, we're going to have an ever closer season next year..." C'mon Lewis, cut the cr*p, you had the championship as good as wrapped up by the summer break, so do not pretend that this was a 'close' championship
