Artists like Cho, Paddukka, these persons when they appear on stage, they don't know to act. They live on stage. This is true with Cho as well as Paddukka.
But the sad is when they perform in our state also they will speak only english.if their mother tongue tamil also they wont speak in mother tongue .this is common to all popular artists
Why are we commenting in English??? Because it's universally easy way to Express. She talks in Tamil with surrounding people but to the one who are questioning her are talking in English so she is talking in English. We don't have that capability to do such graceful dance but we have time to throw stones on one who does it. Just look what you are doing then talk about her.

@@anurag684 Vyjayanthimala, Kumari Kamala, Padmini are well trained in classical and pure dances of India under eminent Gurus like K.P. Kittappa Pillai, Vazhuvoor Ramaiah Pillai and P.S. Gopalakrishnan. They are trained for pure classical dances only. Those days artistes must be well trained in classical music and dance. When comparing to these trio and eminent classical artistes like Sudharani Raghupathy, Chitra Visweswaran, Rhadha and others Padma Subrahmanyam is one among them. Her research and style of dance is different from other legends mentioned here. That does not mean she is number one. Number one in classical dance was and is is Smt. T. Balasaraswathi only. But for her and Smt. Rukminidevi and Sri E. Krishna Iyer this number one classical dance of India would have been extinct.
@@parthasarathyep5644 again I'll say this dance wouldn't have been extinct. What they did was to bring bharatnatyam on stage(theatre) from temples and fairs. And I have seen live performance by vainyanthimala. Shes more than good but I highly doubt her composing abilities. I mean look at Mrs sarukkai movements. They are so well paced and never off beat. Look at sudharanis posture. Not even a single limb out of place. And padma started the single solo performances. From ramayan to meera bhajan. From angik abhinaya to body movements. The variety she gives is unparalleled. Her singing abilities are a big plus. She has composed numerous dance dramas and books I don't see any other doing that much
@@anurag684 Vyjayanthimala choreographed dance dramas like Sri Andal, Sanga Thamizhmalai etc. Padmini too directed amd staged Dasavatharam, Kannagi etc. Former CM Jayalalithaa too enacted Kaviri Thandha Kalaiselvi, a dance drama. I have seen their dance dramas. Secondly I am not disputing the talent of Malavika Sarukkai. Lakshmi Viswanathan too had produced dance dramas, given lectures, presented L and D and written books on dance and Indian culture. My point is that these trio only had taken our dance to international arena after Smt. T. Balasaraswathi. Mere writing of books, presenting dance dramas, giving lectures would not measure their Manodharma or number one position. Renaisance of Bharathanatyam would always go to Rukmini Arundale, E. Krishna Iyer and T. Balasaraswathi. Otherwise Bharathanatyam would have forgotten and become extinct and confined to Devadasis in private; thanks to the Nautches Abolition Bill of Dr. Muthulakshmi Reddy. Actress Rajasulochana too was a very talented dancer. But she cannot be number one. Number one seed would always goes to Bala and Kumari Kamala only. Padma's dance or dance drama is over acting and unnatural that lacks lustre.
See it’s not that they are short of awards which they are going to gain one more by talking in English. If you are from India you should know better that how many languages and dialects they speak there. Bharathanatyam are being practiced today by so many other ethnic groups such as malayalis, Odiyas, telugu and many more. When we got to explain something in order for everyone to understand at one go, English becomes a convenient language. So please don’t keep maximising negativity in life to the extend where even breathing becomes a problem
