I hope so. I think he’s definitely our first baseman for every game but I think he needs to prove that he belongs in the top half of the lineup before we put him there. Melvin did that all last season hoping he’d come around but he never did and was one of the reasons we missed the playoffs. Hopefully Schildt doesn’t do that too but it’s looking like he is.

Loved this game. You could a change in Xander and how much this means to him. Others had the same vibe. They have a strong fighting spirit and team mentality this year. I can feel the vibe. ✊🏽
