@@FreshReviewsYT My XXL pad never got here and they can't send a replacement because all of the XXL's are gone. Extremely disappointing. I was really looking forward to getting it.
I'm currently using GPX with pulsar glass dots and G303 with corepad AIR skates on Vancer Ice is so smooth and fast, really fun! Padsmith pad is on it's way in the mail, beautiful looking pad that I can't wait to try!
just got my TOD a few days ago, its absolutely beautiful, and MASSIVE. I got the xxl thinking itd be the same size as the MF2 and its quite a bit bigger. also it feels quite a bit faster to me than MF2.
Hi fresh, it’s me again. I know I don’t want to overload you with requests, but could you review the Audiotechnica ad2000x for gaming when you get the chance? They’re supposed to have better imaging, separation, etc than the HD 560s.
Fresh, the comparison with the LGG Saturn was really helpful. I have the Saturn and Venus, thanks to your previous review. Ngl, though, really liking the design on the ToD. Might have to take advantage of your discount code and grab that bad boy. 😉
Thanks for the review fresh. I have an aimpads g1 sokudo coming in in around 2 weeks. Probably going to be pretty similar to the vancer ice. I’m pumped to try it out the g1 sokudo. Colors on it look amazing!
Hyate otsu my favorite mousepad that I don’t own lol 🤡hmm the GSR-SE is my go to control pad and it’s a little bit tight and “tuggy”but might have to test out the padsmith soon
Brought one, I want to test out my speed on a fast pad to see if I gel with it after some time to adjust :) bring it on! Remember kids used code: FRESH to get your discount on lethal gaming gear.
Compared to PTFE, how do Superglides feel on the Padsmith ToD? Do they get quite a bit more speed in comparison? Also, how does it compare in speed to the IKEA pad? Cause that Padsmith is absolutely beautiful 😍
Any idea how the Vancer Ice compares to the Artisan Shidenkai? I’ve been maining the Shidenkai and will need a replacement soon but they’re discontinuing it.
I don't have the two pads, but the Shidenkai has glass fibre coating, while this one is infused with glass fibre, technically the vancer should last longer before it starts to slow down (in terms of speed I don't really know, but for the price this pad has, it doesn't hurt to try)
It's unbelievable that Padsmith is selling the Temple of Dreams XL as cheaply as 499 Kr SEK (Swedish currency), you could say it's almost criminal to sell that cheap.
General question: I swapped to hard pads (Cerapad) not too long ago because I felt that cloth pads would slow down significantly in the middle of the pad and cause inconsistencies when playing games; do you think the Vancer Ice would suffer from that same slowdown/inconsistency issue or would I not need to worry?
Hey Fresh! Looking to switch it up from my Hayate Otsu (been using it for a year plus). I main Valorant at the radiant/immortal level and have been eyeing things such as the gsr se rogue, lgg saturn, and now this padsmith tod. Would you have any recommendations on the best/most balanced pad to try out instead of my Hayate Otsu?
Would you say these pads are good for the np-01? It seems like it’s difficult to micro adjust with the mouse, but the TOD makes that easier, and the vancer ice is quite fast which I imagine is good for so much stability
I need to know this please, does your X2 cut out randomly on the vancer ice pad and you didnt state that the orochi does not work at all on that pad which is a very common issue, thanks
I felt the same about the Saturn, I tried looking for a pad the feels like the hyper fury’s pro. I use the Odin infinity. Not to fast not to slow, no friction on the mousepad.
@@taylorkernea1121 yea the perfect fit for me i found is the LGG Venus, but I want to give the saturn a try with glass skates. maybe itll decrease that tugging feeling
I play better on the Wuxiang. It is a bit smoother to the touch and I can control myself a bit more, but you might stick to the surface a bit more on the Wuxiang
A mousepad filled with fiber glass sounds like a bit of a safety hazard. If any of that fiberglass gets out it'll embed into your skin easily. That padsmith like their prior looks fire though. I might get the desk mat size
Lol that’s not possible with how fiberglass can be manufactured and is indeed used in this pad. Their website description of the bonding process is valid. No need to fear.
