Pagan Tarot by Gina M. Pace New Edition 

I love how you displayed and talked about the story in this tarot deck. The deck feels real, genuine, and personal. I think the one card where she turns her back on traditional sex rites in Wicca holds a powerful message. The sexual aspects of Wicca, in specific, cause a lot of problems for many people and is incompatible with their life, so many Wiccans and witches follow a path that cuts out those aspects and creates a spirituality that is more healing and more appropriate for themselves. But the woman in this deck is still embracing the aspects of her spirituality and magic that are right for her. Overall, I appreciate the key moments that make up Wiccan spirituality. I love the real-world feels and how life events can be tied to tarot. She is really learning and growing in this deck as a witch and Wiccan. So any Wiccan using this deck might be able to use tarot much more personally as they relate to the cards and the artist. This deck has many powerful, intimate expressions.

Thanks for sharing the comparison of these two decks. I have had this deck on my wishlist for a while and have been waiting for this new deck to be released to be able to see the differences and the new guide book.

I loved this!☺️💫 Thank you..I got a second hand deck with no guide at all and , although I am an intuitive reader, I wanted to know the story behind the cards. You helped me a lot I agree with you that the Lovers is like the the Paths in The Lenormand, and partly the traditional Marseille interpretation : choosing between what is right and what your heart desires. The Tower in this deck has a Devil feel to it for me, with lust as a symbol of being too bound, hooked to the material aspects of life. There's an eight of cups feel to it as well, without the melancholy of the RWS card. The Chariot is very strangely depicted, with cero movement. It feels like one of the aspects of the hanged one card, in a way. The Devil is another deviant card in this deck to me. It reads like being tied to the past and so unable to live in the present and relate to others. She can't be part of a group because she has attachments to her family ? Strange. The ten of cups is a beautiful card but I don't like it. It is happiness excluding your family/private life. Agreed, this is a deck about her spiritual evolution but I see the card as unbalanced because it does not integrate all aspects in her life. Another problem I have with this deck is that the Court Cards are not nuanced enough. You can apply RWS meanings to them but seeing how this deck is a very different creature, this would be a bit pointless. I think I will use this deck not for general readings but perhaps for questions involving decision making , outward influences, or for spiritual questions. I asked the deck and it gave me the Moon, the ace of Cups and the seven of swords. Intuition, hidden aspects, natural spirituality, rituals... and showing you weaknesses or warnings or, alternatively, how to take advantage of a situation. Anyway. Time and practise will tell. ☺️ I have lots to learn yet. I wish you a very happy and interesting 2023!

Thank you so much for this video. I had the Pagan Tarot for a couple of years, I gifted it, when ,after attempting to work with it I was not able too. While I loved the artwork, the modern pagan feel it gave off and simply wanting to work with it. I could not. Some of the images that are very important for me in a deck I did not understand, the hierophant, the tower, and some others. If I had the guidebook vs the LWB it might have helped. I really liked this video of your walkthrough or review of this deck. I did not realize it was being released in a new edition. I agree a deck comparison with this and the Everyday Witch would be fun-I love the Everyday Witch.

Cant wait to recieve this... I have to wait two weeks...😭 my take was that she left the coven that didnt suit her; that made her choose between her coven and her family and drive to find a coven which incorporated her family. In the 6 of swords I kind of saw her choosing to leave after setting fire to the building; talk about burning your bridges.🤣

I think that this is no Pagan but rather a Wiccan Tarot. Wicca and Paganism are two different things.

Pagan Tarot by Gina M. Pace over does it with stereotypes and taking the evil feel off witchcraft, but it can be a teaching deck that can convey new things. Aside from basing concepts of holidays on blasphemy of Christianity, the whole Wicca thing is poisoned by feminism and hate speech terms-like pagan and heathen. Elementals can be said represent what would be the case with Tarot, if Daet was a numbered Sepirot; instead of theoretical.
