In 2006 Mr. Pagani himself took me for an amazing drive in a Zonda. He knows his car inside out. Whilst the acceleration was amazing what really impressed me was the braking and Mr. Pagani’s judgement of when and how to brake from over 100 mph to under 10 mph!
Not necessarily, if you were inside a Carrera GT you would feel the same. It is more intense the Porsche's V10. Amazing sound of the Pagani, but personally I prefer the Carrera GT. It has I believe the best sound ever.
@@Sportline124 this wasn t an AMG engine sound... is the Pagani pipe that gives that extra. We know how AMG engines sound and it is not even close to this
I don't think someone with such finess and stature could have ever been a janitor even if it was at a Lamborghini factory 🤔🧐😆 that would just be impossible 🤣
Even today the Zonda is still one of favourite cars ever designed. I absolutely love Horatio's obsession not only with design, sound and driving purity but also making a car that can be driven and last without issues.
The Maesto's decision to use the M120 series AMG MB V12 was brilliant! I love that engine. The Pagini group took it to the place it should have always been. Even the newer TT engine performs and sounds great with the Pagini/AMG collaboration.
When Mr. Pagani himself decides to race, not only do you let him win but you savor the entire experience. That may have been the best sounding drag race that ever happened in human history. Unreal!
I remember seeing Horacio Pagani in Punta del Este , Uruguay, over the summer he used to drive a Grey Panani Zonda from La Rambla To El Faro Quite impressed how well he has aged
Merece nuestros mayores respetos.
Actually his chair wasn't properly fixed in position and the car parted without it! Thus, it couldn't press or hold the pedal.. The rev banging is the result of frustrating owner of the name on the badge, that nearly loose a very "public" race!
@@jaroslavzaruba2765 Watch the video again. Pagani must have adjusted the seat forward right before driving but the seat didn't lock into place. On the launch you can clearly see his seat slid back at least 15cm - that's the ratchet clicking sound. That's why he stopped accelerating, because his foot slid away off the pedal when the chair went back.
