Well said, Sir. I was born into an Irish Catholic family in Dublin, but I grew up to be a Pagan. I personally view Ireland as a Pagan country. If I just happened to be born in any other European country I would feel the exact same way - Pagan.👍
@@MrKFNeverGiveUp Yes indeed and I view Ireland as a pagan country, same with the whole of Europe and the invader religion imposed by force can never change this fact.
I agree with you we all should be more aware of nature and the universe, religious bigotry is destroying this beautiful earth,WAR, WAR ALL YOU GET WITH SEPARATION OF RELIGIONS Well said my friend ❤
@@johnmiller5018 Actually I subscribe to the notion that without conscious awareness and restraint our desire to further our genetic fitness ... ie to be part of nature ... creates the drive for self serving or the prioritisation of our own selfish genetic line ,, through amongst other things greed , and therefore war. Religion is a manmade attempt at edifying us with regard to our real natures , and revealing the goal of social and personal values beyond selfishness. So our unrestrained nature is BAD GUY. Fallen Adam. Spirituality is our feeble attempt to perfect our notion of Truth by the practice of good habits according to the living revealed reality of our own personal awareness . Sometimes holy texts can serve as a roadmap. But we ourselves have to do the work in order to truly understand.
Connection with nature puts me in touch with the creator directly , without anyone else's interpretation layered on top. I read somewhere that spirituality tells us to believe in SOMETHING , while religion tells us WHAT to believe in
There is also a saying .... " Religion is for those who are afraid of going to hell. Spirituality is for those that have already been there" . May I suggest that " nature" is our fundament but that God is our goal . God may be defined as whatever perfected embodiment of a higher value a person can imagine. For me HE is an inconceivabley powerful living creative intelligence that creates and perfects the concept of our selves and the world manifesting around us but is invisible and abides beyond time and space and duality, expressing HIMSELF through us and nature with love. HIM because in relation to HIM we are all female. God initiates.
There are only two religions-those who worship the Creator and those who worship the creation. I’m grateful the Creator blessed us with the beautiful universe.
@@alansmith4006 Two religions no less and only one 'God' between them presumably. There are many faiths and multiple Gods, it is just fact and paganism predates Abrahamic nonsense by thousands of years, older, wiser since the beginning.
@@dailyagendauk Hey I agree with adamsmith 4006. But I can see and accept your point and It's not a nonsense. Can you see and accept ours? Or will it always be a mere nonsense to you?
@@johnhall-n3z You see, after 33 years of abuse from Christians for being a pagan, it's now almost impossible to be interested in what any Christian thinks.
@@odinistorder There are literally books and archeological evidence to support it. The pagan movement is just a reconstruction, most people don't even agree on the majority of details, practices and even base philosophy. It's like religious anarchy, absolutely no structure. Next your going to tell me that the Pharaohs of Egypt didn't have red and blonde hair and that's a "fairytale" too.🤣
@@melissawilkinson2636 You have an obsession with promoting anything and everything that is not European. As for paganism being chaotic, there are different factions and trains of thought, like all religions. In fact, no religion is more divided into factions and sub-groups than Christianity. As for the Egyptians, I have no such ancestry and as such I have no interest in that particular faith.
@@odinistorder You do realize that Europeans migrated from the East, right? The Indo-European (Aryan) Migration? I am beyond proud that I descend from European blood, though I do not need to defend myself on that topic. I highly suggest digging deeper into our past, you've only scratched the surface.
