Its Literally a trap house, Dj has always had that place as a traphouse for him and his homeless friends, he taljs about never being homeless but hes always been homeless besides jumping from different womens couch to couch 😂 i feel no remorse for him, the woman up front is a blind woman with mobility issues, so she cant clean to well. That same woman fed that man and took in on cold days when he was a much younger kid and he went and turned the house into a garbage pile. And in fact if you actually question the health unit its been proven that the rat infestation started with the garbage pile he had in his yard causing them to chew through the outside of the house in. Im very Close to this situation and ppl involved, his "facts" r quite inaccurate. And the girl who keeps mentioning the front unit you know who u are u need to mind your own because you do not go to that womans house so u have no idea and funny thing is u used to many many years ago and her house was always spotless, come to think about it she fed u too remember. But when a person develops mobility issues due to a couple strokes then goes blind it makes it difficult to keep up to chores, and instead of anyone helping her everyone forgot about her.
Okay...so, you video this guy and what are you doing to help him out? He seems like he at the very least needs someone to explain his options. Who is the landlord and what do they say? ...and how is it possible to have such in infestation of rats in the first place? Those rats are attracted to something?
The garbage that both units refuse to buy tags to throw the garbage out. These people don't take care of the units and obviously the landlord doesn't care.
Actually no the rats were they before he even moved in, when he first moved in there was a horrible smell that he couldn’t get rid of. he told the landlord about it but much didn’t really happen. After a while he found out what the smell was the tenants that were there before him put deer body’s in a freezer in the basement and left it there well the freezer was unplugged, that’s what started the problem
