Prime example of high caliber people that Uconn has attracted for 40+ years. Very sad to see Nika go but forever thankful for her passion and total dedication to Uconn. Paige absolutely showed why she is incredible human being right here. Because to her, her friends, her family, her teammates, her coaches, her school, and the game mean everything to her. It’s why I dread seeing her go professional. I don’t want to see her loose that spirit, that love for the game, just because the team she plays for wants to use her to make money. Genocide see that in her and is a big reason why he lets her do what she does. He knows that her spirit is a big reason she is so good. He doesn’t want her to loose that spirit that love for the game. Have you ever seen anyone else go mess with his hair or just mess with him like she does. But she does it with affection and respect not with malice and he knows that he accepts that. It’s why you can see and hear the respect they have for each other. It’s why she exasperates him so much. Paige is a once in a lifetime treasure.

I was wrong after Paige sustained her last injury I lost faith in her ability to stay healthy I felt though she had heart of gold incredible talent I felt she was too brittle for the game.She has stayed healthy and played like warrior.I hope she can play injury free forever God bless
I have two daughters, and I think these two are great role models. Nika is gorgeous, but she is also a total badass. The job she did on Fair in the first half against Syracuse was extraordinary, one for the books. And Paige is Paige, been following her since the Hopkins vids showed up on RU-vid. My best to you both.

Paige was Caitlyn Clark before Caitlyn Clark. Her fame only disappeared because she was out last season with an injury but she’s always been a star and was highly touted since a child. She averaged over 20 a game as a freshman. She’s legit.
Nika should have stayed at Uconn for another year. Seattle is letting her rot on the bench. Seattle should play her or trade her. I miss watching Nika palay!
