Why does every basketball-related comment suddenly have to have "cold" or "tough" / "tuff" in it? (You managed to use both.) This has only become a plague in the last few months.
ibelieveicansoar it isnt a plague, they’re adjectives that have been used for years in things other than basketball as well🤷🏾♂️get with it or move along
The best part is that her teammates are good too. Most people don’t know how amazing it is to have people like that around you who can finish the ball and you don’t need to work solo. She puts a lot of confidence in her teammates which is something that is uncoachable. We’re gonna be hearing her name for the rest of our lives. Truly legendary.
Even the second stingers off the bench down the stretch are moving the ball around and knocking down 3's. Some of these girls are really good but none of them seem bad.
Ok...you can see in the first 3min of this that Paige is NOT overhyped...she is just THAT damn good. Her scoring ability is one thing, but just look at how much she is able to run point and create on the floor. Her vision is unreal and I bet UCONN wins the 'ship with her next year.
@@sherrodjoyce7262 They will be a deep dominant team starting next season and into the foreseeable future bruh!! #FACTS....Besides Paige they got 4 other freshman and a top notch Transfer from Tennessee Evina Westbrook Who had to sit out this yr! But she averaged 15 pts 5 assists a game her sophomore yr a Tenn!! Plus Walker,Crystin Williams,Nelson Adoda.Aubrey Griffin,Marakat and Paige and 4 other all americans comin in Mir McLean a 6'1 fwrd is the best athlete in the nation, Edwards a 6'3 frd and 5'11 Nina Muhl the best pt grd in Europe and 6'5 Piath Gabriel a shot blocking supreme who's still improving offensively! And then in 2021.... 6'5 Amari Deberry from NY the #4 ranked player in the class and Sarah poppenbarger ranked 15th and the best shooter in the class!Plus likely Paiges best friend from DC, is is more than likely comin, she's the the no #1 ranked player in the class wing/grd 6ft Azzi Fudd🏀?? SO the dominant ways will be returning very soon bro!! And don't count my girls out this season either, even though they dont have much depth!! #PEACE!!
DJ SUGE BRYANT I don’t see Evina just asserting herself into the offense like that. It’s one thing to practice but when that whistle blow it’s another story, just like Megan walker she is just now coming into form and she’s still a bit inconsistent. Last year she was almost non existent. Evina will have to adjust to geno ways before she even comes close to that 15 point ppg. IMO she won’t even get that close to those points she will just be a defensive specialist. Only person good you named in that recruiting class is Paige. If azzi comes after Paige you may have a point but azzi is a competitive player she would want a challenge, can’t see her and Paige teaming up. Won’t be surprised if she does. I see South Carolina coming back to its dominant ways, especially the big win over Baylor. They have the true best class right now, and the best team right now. When they play Oregon and Baylor in the coming months we will see who they really are because they have been playing nobody, they play DePaul next also who is undefeated I need to see them play against competition.
34 is the real deal !! footwork and finishing prowess is amazing around the rim there’s some bigs on my varsity team that can’t do half of what she was doing out there
Xon you get the occasional decent girl “athlete” but even then they would have no idea how to play against the best male players of that level. The us women’s soccer team loses to 15 year old boys and they complain about pay. Get out of here and maybe the WNBA would be better if it actually brought in revenue and wasn’t only supported by the nba giving it money to run.
Bogey 777 fax every thing that goes into the WNBA is from the nba and let’s be real the only entertainment of girls basketball is college who watches the WNBA they use nba arenas and are nowhere near as good as the guys
High bball IQ. She’s not breaking her neck to pump up her point totals; she’s looking for the highest percentage shot for her team every trip down the court. Gotta love a pg who gets it.
This is amazing basketball, I mean incredible. Great shooting, great teamwork, wonderful passing, and awesome defense. This was very entertaining. Better fundamentals than a ton of men teams.
this is a well-coached team. solid fundamentals. all their offensive sets make sense (it's nice to have a superstar like Paige on the team to facilitate) and their team defense looks organized. i love watching basketball being played like this.
Her bounce pass is lethal. I like the intensity of a boy's game but girls seem to understand the fundamentals better. Their game translates into well played bball!
Paige looks great! And yes Paige....opposing coaches can figure out your team's offensive plays and strategy. Whether they can do anything with that knowledge is hard to implement.
They are already having trouble with fouls against #34, they literally cant risk fouling #1... Plus that #1 used to go to the other team's school, so they should be the first ones to know that fouling aint gonna work
Great player, could see this coming when she was 12/13, and her development hasn't been a disappointment. She does so many subtle things. Great and right touch on her passes, and gets good angles to make her passes easier to catch. As much as i don't like UCONN I can't wait to see her play in college.
not only can she handle the ball herself, but she has trust with their teammates-unlike some people who know they’re good. that’s what a good player is. i can’t wait to see what else she does ❤️
lol she clearly wasn't looking at the camera, one of her teamates probably was open for a second and she missed it which is why she was grimacing for being late to see the pass
Number #1 prospect in the nation that puts double figures in points, assists and has an edge to her....I’ll take it. Look at all the guys that have the same attitude that went on to play at D1 schools and into the NBA. Hahaha
@@JCizzleSoCal 100% she's the most impressive girl player IV seen. Granted i don't watch to much girl Basket Ball. But she's gonna go somewhere in life because of it. Any coach who turns her down for talking to the other coach is making a huge mistake.
Another case of some no talent hack telling a kid who has better game than he ever did in this lifetime and beyond to shut up and dribble. Trash talking is part of the game and she has the skills to back it up. Have a dozen donuts and JUST SHUT UP!!
It looked like he didn't know all of his teams plays. A 50 year old coach trying to get into the head of a 17 year old...and loses. Pathetic on all levels.
@@AllinGold2 nothing like that actually. He called out "coming back to her" hoping to anticipate what they were running and blow up the play. Mac thing was wrong on all accounts by the coach. This guy was coaching his team, not sure how they are remotely comparable.
First of all why is he talking to the other teams players no matter who they are. Obviously he has some type of warped admiration towards her. He should’ve got a technical foul, idc if they know each other off the court or not he should leave that off the court and focus on HIS team.
I was low-key thinking Steve Nash. Has the vision and smallness to her and she makes all these moves look effortlessly. She reminds me a lil bit of magic too because she like walks up the court with no energy and makes the pass like it's a normal Tuesday eating on a taco like c'mon bruh 😂 this chick is unreal
I'm ok with jabbering at the coach. Because it seemed as he started it. Trying to get in her head. But just randomly trash talking because you know your better I'm not good with. I dont think ive seen her do that yet.
Wow she is a TEAM player! Possibly MVP status. And she is not afraid to own it. I hope she has an amazing carrier wether she is a player, coach or whatever she will be. Her determination and leadership will take her a long way.
Bueckers has a very nice game. Great court vision. I don't go for the jawjacking with the other coach but maybe there's more to the story there. What impressed me most was the footwork and skill of #34. With a guard/big combo like this they are a tough matchup plus there are some other pretty skilled players on this team too. this was a pleasure to watch.
