I’ve been through a lot I my life. I live in recovery every single day. From under the Golden Gate Bridge to traveling the world 300+ days a year sharing my story of hope, it’s been a two decade journey since my Suicide attempt and I’m still so glad to be alive. Remember Pain Is Inevitable, but suffering is optional. #BeHereTomorrow

I’m in a great amount of mental anguish I have listened to ur old video, ur in black & this one today! It helped me too show ur videos to my Carers & speak openly about my suicidal intent. For that I’m immensely grateful for your kindness & love for us humans. Thank u my friend x

This is why I don't like to say I suffer from Bipolar disorder. I DEAL with bipolar disorder every day. Suffering is truly optional especially as long as I remember my brain lies to me that suffering is not a given it is optional. We all go through pain yes it is part of being human but suffering is optional.
