PAIN PATATE aka SWEET POTATO PUDDING

Welcome back to my channel!!! and in today's video, I will be showing you how to make Pain Patate aka Sweet Potato Pudding or Pie

Ingredients:
4 pounds of sweet potatoes
2 ripe bananas
1 can of evaporated milk
½ cup of sugar
1 can of coconut milk
1 tablespoon of anise extract
1 tablespoon of vanilla extract
1 tablespoon of almond extract
1 teaspoon of cinnamon powder
1 teaspoon of nutmeg powder
1 tablespoon of lime zest
½ teaspoon of salt
1 tablespoon of ginger powder
2 tablespoons of butter
1 teaspoon of ground cloves

Directions:
1. Wash the potatoes, Peel the potatoes and cut them in half
2. After that grate the potatoes
3. Add the rest of the ingredients
4. After you mix everything vey well, make sure you put pan on the stove on medium high heat for 45 minutes
5. After 45 minutes has passed, you will transfer the pudding mixture into a pan that has been buttered and flour sprinkled inside the pan.
6. After that put the pan inside the oven and put the heat to 350 degrees and let it bake for 1 hour.
