Thanks for sharing Colley. Appreciate the tips about light travel (unlike the French easel). You must go through a lot of Phthalo Green! Unusual for such a powerful colour? Love the Archival range BTW. So quick to dry for oils.

Great setup. I once hiked for 5days along the Wild Coast in South Africa with all my painting kit. Never did a painting on that trip, but it was a great experience nontheless. Would like to hear about those aspects of a scene that inspire you to stop and commit to painting it.

Hi Colley Take care painting under those gum trees ( widow makers ) on a windy day those big branches can be leathal.🙂Wish I could set up that quick it might get me off the verandah.

every time I buy the lean archival medium it dries and hardens up in the bottle. making it useless. very frustrating
