I tell you what I've done :) sheen of paint doesn't matter and actually mate is more resistant and a finish coat of polyurethane will be great. You might like my next video please subscribe and click that bell notification so you know when I'm uploading new content. ❤️

Nothing at all 😊 remember glass must be painted underneath. That solid layer of paint (go for mate finish btw) definitely makes the glass shine more especially if you go with a dark color like I had.. To this day that glass looks like brand new:) Good luck and if you give it a try please come back and let me know how it went 😊
