Painting a Warhammer 40k Mini in 1 Minute, 1 Hour, and 1 Day!

Alright I saw this challenge all over the place for people doing drawings and decided to give it a shot on some Warhammer 40k space marines to really see how the quality of my models change with how much time I spend on them. The one minute challenge was absolutely insane, i have never painted a model that quickly before!

Painting challenges are difficult, I've once painted 21 figures in one day, it was hectic. Great video.

I paint more stuff for DnD and Frostgrave than 40k. This means that I have a tonne of generic cultists, skeletons and orcs cluttering up my pile of shame. Rather than batch paint, one way I've been getting through them is painting a normal mini, then when I'm finished using the leftover paint on my pallet to quickly bam out as many generic baddies as possible. If they're pre dipped in a dipwash I can do them in under 10 minutes to an okay standard. Just glaze on clothes and pick out a few details. I like this system.

Thanks for the comment! Ususally I batch paint everything becuase its a lot more efficient. A recent project that I have done I wanted to improve my standard so I have done all the models individually and I think the results are a lot better

3D printer in one minute???????????? On the words use a fine 0.5 type felt tip pen. Makes the white seal strips on purity seals nice and easy sqible!

ummm... Tor Garadon, captain of imperial fist have a special fist... Pedro Kantor of the successors have his fist too... so,... 2 out of 3 characters have his own fist. should we talk about it even more?

Pedro is a Crimson First which aren't technically Imperial Fists. And yes Tor Garadon does have a power fist but the Imperial Firsts Main character in 40k is Lysander and they are famous for the titanhammer formation. I'm not saying its an issue just a funny quirk. Giving them all power firsts would have been a bit to derivative haha

Hahahah thanks for the comment. Unfortunately $5 for a whole day of painting isn't the best deal for me. If you are trying to paint Cadian models quickly they are perfect for it although it may take longer than 1 minute to make them look good

I have an upcoming project that is the true OG rough trader marines they are hilariously small compared to the primaris ones! 100 Crimson fists sounds awesome!
