I can imagine that would be exhausting! But also awesome. Such beautiful settings to draw and paint. My favourites were the goose and duck drawings, of course ❤ (I also love greenhouses. And Mister Snake is rather hot.)

Thank you Mervi!! it was soooo beautiful yes. I think my favourite was the hydrangeas because I recently learnt that it was a symbol of non-binary and trans people (because of how the flower changes colours)!! ehehe - I'll pass the compliment to my friend, he is indeed a hottie 💕🙊

Your vlog is so beautiful and inspiring!! I do not doubt that this practice is fulfilling and making you grow as an artist ( by experiencing with composition, colors , wat technics !!) . And kudos for you creativity!! So inspiring!! Wish to share a creative moment with such a friend!!

I loved the video! It was really inspiring and funny and now I feel the need to go to draw to a park (with some chocolate and coffee to have energy hahaha) 🤭😍

ahhh thank you so much!! my advice is yesss take chocolate, and also wear something that is practical to pee standing up in ahaha. The only thing i didn't mention there is the hell that was peeing in a public parc, in the public bathroom.. it was an expedition each time 🥲 if you end up drawing in a park i would love to see what you come up with!! 💕

I would love a workshop like that, especially in France! What a beautiful setting to spend 3 days in. But since I am in the US, I would happily take one here as well. It sounded intense. No wonder you were exhausted, I think I would be as well. I took a 4-day workshop a couple of years ago and crawled into bed as soon as I got home, even before I put my things away. lol Love your bound journals! I have the same goal - to not buy any more until I've finished some. Perfect loop hole! Well, except for the Onion Skin journal that I am dying while waiting for it to arrive. Very nice vlog, by the way. I enjoyed it very much. Love the piano in the park!

I mean yes the setting was amazing !! but in the US you must have soooo many wonderful landscapes to go visit!! where are you in the US?:) thank you so much for the compliments, I worked super hard on it 🥹🥹🥹🥹and yes the onion skin too was a bonus purchase lol... I love it so much tho it's so worth it. 💕 I want to go on another retreat now. if only i didn't have to have a dayjob to pay my bills 😭

@@arianearghyris Yes, we do have some spectacular scenery here in the US, and a huge variety of it. But I love seeing other countries and have never been to France. It is definitely on my list! I live on the west coast, a bit north of Seattle. I love Washington State. It is so diverse. We have the wild beauty of the ocean and the mountains (which are generally wetter and a bit cooler in the summer). Then on the other side of the mountains it gets hot and arid, almost desert-like in places but just as beautiful in its own way. I've lived here my entire life and since I am retired, that has been a very long time. lol

If you come to France do tell me, I'll show you around! it's so small compared to the US you'll love it - it's almost as diverse but at such a small scale it's quite impressive ! I've actually never been to the US and would love to go too! I hear Seattle is super pretty :) you're retired 😱 do you have loads of time to draw and paint now? I wish I was too ahaha

franchement ça fait tellement plaisir d'être avec un•e ami•e pour dessiner en nature !! c'était une expérience ouf et j'étais hyper nerveux de demander à mon ami de participer et finalement on a passé un super moment tous les deux donc je recommande 💕 et yayyy enby artists 💕💕💕🥰

owww thank you!! i think this vlog is my favorite video i ever made 🥹 but yes the temperature changes vere exhausting (plus all the noise and having to focus for so long) but it was so worth it 💕💕💕
