Them beads are made of glass lil and round u can find them in all road paint to help Illuminate the paint at night from the reflectiveness of the headlights of the drivers going over it

That's why the handicapped logo is a wheel chair person and not someone who can walk but has a doctor's note. If it was, they wouldn't have been able to get the public to accept the ADA.

@@AbcAbc-sp1od I think its more that someone walking doesn't accurately portray a handicapped person.. sometimes you cant tell someone is handicapped till they start walking and either limping everywhere or have a weird gait for something.. Either way I think people shouldn't shame someone just cause they are walking.. (Coming from a walking handicapped person)
