PAINTING KIRKCUDBRIGHT - With Artist Natalie Burns (An Artist in the Artists' Town) 

Kirkcudbright in Dumfries and Galloway is known as the Artists Town, having drawn artists into its creative community for over a hundred years. But, the town is also a work of art in itself, boasting handsome streetscapes that tell of its time a bustling and prosperous port.
Artist Natalie Burns from Whitehaven in Cumbria has spent the last year painting many of the streets and historic buildings. The collection is on show at the Tollbooth Gallery in Kirkcudbright during November 2023. In this film Natalie takes us around the town to explain more about why she finds such inspiration amongst the streets of this Scottish town.
