I really appreciate that you were honest about the Dewberry brushes being of a higher quality than the Plaid. Just because you are a Plaid Ambassador doesn't mean they own own your conscience. Love that pencil case!

god, from the thumbnail I thought for sure that the pencil case was watermarbled and was looking forward to seeing you play with that... the fact that you just freehanded that is even more impressive and gives me the courage to try it too! now you have me looking around my office trying to spot something I can give a little new life into! 😄💖

I have been very impressed by Anthony over on Ace of Clay's channel and his use of the Folk Art Plaid brand paints! He does amazing things with them and gets superb results too! Oh yes you need to seal that paint! Mod Podge is ok, UV Sealer better, but clear gesso might work just as well! I look forward to seeing more painting from YOU!

love the way the pencil case turned out. but you're right, a varnish or sealant on top is definitely necessary if the paint should last. really excited to see your next painting projects :D

So dumb me has always liked the look of paint pouring but not been at all interested in the mess so when you painted the pencil case I literally said, "shut up". Thanks for sharing that idea. I think I also got the idea for my clipboard gallery from you.

Well it was nice and simple something a novice like me can try. Especially with a toddler around its very complicated to start any project. I am filled with ideas which never materialize.

Loved thos video. Wasnt sire of the colors for the pencil box. Not a palette of colors id choose but it turned out so cute and the color combo grew on me🥳😍
