Painting Process for "Business Center", from Start to Finish 

The painting begins with an underdrawing, done in Faber Castell pencils.
Then sprayed (in a well ventilated area) with workable fixatif, to prevent the drawing from smudging.
Painting begins using a muted green color as the undertone, with colors getting progressively brighter, defined, and detailed.
