I'm so jealous of the artists who have such a messy yet organised start to their artwork but once it's finished it's so sharp & polished

This painting took me 27 hours, using Photoshop CC with a Wacom Intuos Pro 4 M. Was planning on doing commentary for this one, but decided to take the holidays easy and spend time with family and friends instead. Hope you enjoy nonetheless! This will be my last video of the year, so thank you all for your support trough this somewhat sluggish year. Looking forward to creating better videos and more art in 2019

This is just fantastic! So many different elements besides just the main Draenei character. There's background elements, foreground elements ... it's just so much and beautifully composed. I really like this.

Simply put: this is marvelous.

This is actually kind of amazing to watch, you have so little structure to the way you paint it's beautiful. You just paint w/e whenever, dancing seemingly randomly between both different parts of the painting and different steps like light or color at any given time. Like when painting the face you just carried on down and did a little work on the chest too. Fantastic to watch. Amazing work.

Your work is truly impressive, and looking back at the first drawings you have on your channel, your progress is astonishing, even though those drawings in themselves were amazing. Your understanding of light is what got me completely bonkers. I have never done a digital painting myself, but I will soon start to, and came across you in my research and preparation. I just discovered your work like, 1 hour ago, and i'm fond of how you control your lightning and your color contrasts, it's simply what i love and think it's what make a picture more powerful and lively. I want to upgrade my skills and have only one question ( don't want to ask thousand questions, don't have time and don't want to bother you more ^^) : I watch your video and notice you practically never zooming on very little details, just a little bit to see more what you do. Personnally, i pass all my time with the nose on every details, to watch nothing goes beyond. Do you think it's a thing that i have to change ? Seems to me i focus on every details and don't think the picture in his entire piece, or a thing like this... Thanks by advance ! Love your work

Fucking love your art, and kinda annoyed at myself since we're around the same age, and my art skills haven't matured as much yet lol Quick Question (if you feel like answering): What would you recommend for someone who has a really bad problem with impatience when it comes to art? I tend to become absolutely repulsed at around the 6 hour mark and can barely function, much less detail it further

I think i just need to sit down and actually attempt to paint, like not just filling in line-art, but painting over the lines, mixing and shading colors, not trying to be a perfect cel shaded look. I really want to achieve this style but the only one i have looks like a crappy almost 3D model, i think i went too hard on making it 2 toned like light and shade with nothing in between

What an amazing character and painting. Well done. The only 2 areas I see that could be improved upon - and as I say this as someone who is not an artist - are: 1. the cloak between her arm and body, which is lighter in color than the rest of the cloak when imo it should be darker as they don't receive much light. Perhaps it was done to help define more her silhouette. 2. the insignia on her chest and abdomen which look like they are floating and they don't mesh well with the fabric under it. I can't tell if it is a pattern on the fabric or metallic pieces sitting on top of it. (If it is metal, it is lacking any thickness that would make that obvious. The insignia one on her abdomen also appear to overlap with the other design on the left and it is slightly off-center (if we accept that the center of the character is where the 2 lines on the black fabric converge). I think the chest piece would look good even if it had only the diamond pattern on the center as the black fabric is fairly detailed. Other than these 2 observations, which might be nitpicking, it is a beautiful painting. Instant favorite. And as always, I appreciate the lengthy video where we see all the steps. Happy New Year.
