Haven't painted an MCP mini in a while, been working on 40K/ Kill Team stuff with the slap chop method. Following along with this great video really helped me get a great result! Feeling confident I can make some good looking minis! Thank you!

I love P3 Frostbite! I use it a lot when I need highlights but don't to leap toward a high white like Morrow or Titanium.

Another great tutorial. I just picked up the Crisis Protocol Core set, so after a bit of practice I’ll be painting my minis. I’m thinking about using a green for his trench coat, to give him a more Hydra look.

Also a great choice :) My intent was to stick close to the card art (though I took the highlights in a more colourful direction) but a green hydra look is great too.

Black is a difficult colour to get right. I've seen someone use about 6 shades of grey in order to make 'black'. Thanks for the video.

I always like pulling a little hint of colour into my blacks as well in the mid-tones, just progressing through grays can feel really flat. It's all personal preference though :)
