Thank you, I have subscribed, I am starting to think that building these hyper detailed kit's is almost the best way of understanding these aeroplanes! 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍
Fantastic video - just sat here watching with my mouth open for nearly 40 mins - still, makes a change from kneeling on the floor surrounded by clumps of my own hair, having lost yet another essential component to the carpet monster... Great stuff, thanks for sharing.
You both removed the fear of rigging and reinforced it at the same time. Your work is truly amazing thank you for sharing just wish I found your channel sooner, truly modeling at its finest !!
very nice technique with the propeller! i do the same on the fuselage freehand but I never thought to do it on the prop especially with the help of the tape.
I whould say that this is one of the best artistic works that I've ever seen. It is a long Times I whould like to build a WWI delicatesse like this, but the riggin process fears me a little. Anyway this is a stunning build! Great Job!
Another fantastic video. Very well built and filmed. Very instructive too. Rigging is hard anyway . Your technic is perfect Congratulations . Thanks and see you soon for your next video
Good job, my grandpa built models of old ships, he was very good at it. Those airbrush’s , good for makeup, haha. Those tunes, familiar, something about boots and birds, I cannot remember the name. Please tell.
Thank you for your rigging technique. You just allow me to rig a Gladiator using it. It was a breeze and this bird was waiting for finishing two years ago due that... Thank you very much. Now, where is that Stearman...?
Absolutely awesome, incredible detail and you make it look easy. yeah tons of practice I'll bet but one question you use IPA for thinning reason for such?
Beautiful made! Definitely a technique I wish to try! Unfortunately Tales Ecoline is not available in my part of the world - is there any similar brand you can recommend for same result?
Thank you! I use 3M's super glue. CA glues lose it's condition in a few weeks so i prefer 1 or 3gr packed glues. This is why it works like instant glue.
plywood seems too yellow.. think also that the wings were at the begining painting with a camo.. so transparency colored red on decals were for camo too.. J was study this plane since J was 12.. and J am 58.. and at that time we had not as models and documents like now.. may be too much.. because some are wrong and serve as references.
Sir, When painting the MG with Dark Iron was that dry brushing ? Also did Manfred von Richthofen go to a red triplane or do I have my pilots / planes crossed up. Great work
Ralph McCoy the "Red Baron" flew many different planes, but he is most memorable for flying the Fokker dr1 bc it was the plane he was shot down in. He only got 17 of his 320-some kills in the Fokker dr1
Hello Ralph, i painted with Tamiya flat black first. After cured dry brushed with Dark Iron as always. This is not one of the famous ones but one of the fancy ones
I absolutely LOVE your work, but the amount of ads you cram into your videos makes watching these unpleasant. One every 15-minutes is bearable. More than that is akin to spamming. Anyway, hopefully you'll tone this down in the future and I'll resubscribe.
