De. That sounds awesome, flutter .I have a safari snorkel that was put on by a previous owner and the inlet to air box is soooooo much squashed compared to yours open inlet to air box . Chalk and Cheese.Great work and it looks and sounds mint .🇦🇺👍👍👍👍
I'm running a knock off safari snorkel on my NX, fitted mint - just used the Safari instructions. Yes it makes lots of stustustu's! (Also FMIC, 3 inch exhaust from turbo, no cat, egr delete, 23psi tune)
@@budget4x4lifeYour videos were an integral part of research to get it where it is. Looking at your dyno videos, we are pretty close on power figures too (134rwkw/615nm) Cheers from NZ
@@budget4x4life Yeah they do, underrated engine for sure. Pajeros generally get hated on in NZ so nobody really knows 😂Next addition will be water methanol injection.
I had a TJM plastic snorkel on my ns shorty, the previous owner had installed it. I personally think that a staino looks better and now have one on my triton
Nice 'your lucky aussie has a alot more of pajero parts etc than nz . Can you give me the details as to the where abouts you brought the led light you installed on the spare wheel cover ? Btw the steelo looks better👍
so what's the main benefit for you? as i saw the air intake is already quite high in pajeros... also so a pre-filters mounted on the snorkel. Are those good?
Hey Aram. There are a few benefits. 1) Raised air intake. Sometimes if you go nose in first into a creek the water might go over the bonnet so you will get water in engine without snorkel. And then 2) car breathes better and cleaner air🙂 The pre filter is not for the snorkel it is for Fuel. It catches water in fuel and filters the fuel so that it is very clean💯💥
@@budget4x4life yeah, i'll see, maybe i'll add on my car too... and for the prefilter i meant a snorkel prefilter. They look bizarre but said to be doing a nice job too... Also will protect from heavy rain. All looks good, and i see a metallic snorkel for the first time!!!
@@budget4x4life ...ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-xgTEFFSRh2A.html .... I did the test on the dynamometer and you gain more power in the correct position, I see many, many wrong people on this topic.
