There is perennial debate in Pakistan about the role of Military in our society. On one side are the people who believe with strong conviction that Pakistan Army is one of the best in the world. On the other hand there is another group of people who blame the Military for a lot of problems that our country faces. In today's video I review the book of a writer who belong to the latter school of thought. Her name is Ayesha Siddiqa and she is a military analyst in Pakistan. In 2007, she wrote a book titled "Military Inc, Inside Pakistan's Military Economy" which talks at length about the business and economic ventures of military in Pakistan.
