3:09 Why is no one talking about this girl? so young, yet so eloquently spoken, and she even can speak some _Chinese_ ??? i did NOT expect that, as a chinese myself, her speaking was amazing!
Hi I am from Pakistan and I love China, their people and language too bcz I watch their dramas...I learnt a few words/phrases in Chinese from Google and counting till 10 as well...I don't know how exactly Ur dramas portray Ur real culture but as per my analysis Chinese know how to look and act cute... that's y I say C for China and C for cute...I would love to visit China one day to see all big buildings, amusement parks and Schools and universities and infrastructures...
Because she can speak Chinese (most probably Mandarin language) but not her own native tongue ( as Urdu is not mother tongue of any Pakistani but a lingua franca or official language)

As an Afghan I can read, write and speak Pashto, Dari/Persian, Urdu, English and Portuguese. Urdu/Hindi is changing rapidly due to socio-political reasons. Sanskrit/Hindi words have been removed from Urdu spoken in Pakistan, but in India it’s alive and well. If you listen to Zakir Khan’s speech you’ll realize how beautifully he incorporates Hindi words into his eloquently spoken Hindustani. My current favorite book that I’m reading is Gulistan by Sa’di Shirazi, one of the greatest literary giants of Persian literature.
@@user-fw5gp2me9bHindi didn't come from Urdu. Hindustani used to be spoken which had some Persian words also. More Persian words were added to make Urdu. Urdu came from Hindustani and Hindustani separated from Old Hindi. Old Hindi is descendant of Shauraseni Prakrit. So, In conclusion Hindi and Urdu both came from Hindustani. Because of revolution in early 19th century Devanagari script was developed to move away from Nastaliq script. Nastaliq script is Perso-Arabic script. Hindi Grammer was properly developed after Independence and few letter shapes were improved.

I am from Pakistan Pathan 🇵🇰 born in Saudi Arabia 🇸🇦 i can speak Pashto, Urdu , Hindi, Arabic, English, little bit Punjabi and i want to learn Spanish french and more 😊
Is Sindhi difficult to learn. I am Punjabi but born in badin and come back to Punjab as a child. I want to learn Sindhi but scared it will be difficult.
I'm a born and bred Pakistani and I can speak Urdu, Punjabi, English, Turkish, Spanish fluently and a little bit of Balochi and Arabic. I have been learning Arabic for one year now and hope to be fluent in it in another year or so. I can speak Turkish and Spanish due to having lived in Turkish and Spanish-speaking countries. I wish for everyone to experience learning a foreign language at least once in their life, it opens your mind so much. And it's very gratifying and therapeutic to see someone's eyes light up with joy when they realize you can speak their mother-tongue.
I wouldn't really count any language that I only speak two or three basic sentences as the one which I speak. For me I have to be fluent in them in order to add them into the list of languages I speak.

People can speak English fluently but are not that fluent in their cultural languages . Sad to hear that. We must stay in touch with our regional languages or else they'll fade away for the next generation.
It's non-issue. Whenever you create a new nation you have to leave something behind. Turks changed their entire script to move forward. Urdu is our language now which glues the whole country together.
@@MDUmairKh comparison with Turkey isn’t fair though. You mainly have 2 ethnic groups in modern day Turkey (give or take a few more), where Pakistan hosts about 4 major ethnic groups, and a dozen smaller, regional ones. While Urdu does glue the nation together, I do feel like the state did quite poorly in terms of maintaining regional languages; I grew up in Europe, where it’s pertinent to learn not just a foreign language, the national language but also a regional language/dialect. That’s how a multiethnic country is run. Hopefully contemporary lawmakers in Pakistan learn something from this, and not just save Urdu from being “Anglicized”, but also the tonnes of regional languages that have been part of this soil for over thousands of years. (P.S I say all this despite belonging to a migrant Urdu speaking background).

@@chaudhry6769of course, well seraiki(also called multani Panjabi) ,Pothwari ,janguali,Hindko are all different dialects of Panjabi so they are basically the same
Hindko and seraiki have not been officially recognized a separate languages and even the speakers of these languages don’t consider themselves as Punjabis so there is no point of merging them with Punjabi, for sure they have high mutual intelligibility with punjabi but even Urdu has mutual intelligibility with Punjabi language but this doesn’t mean that Punjabi and Urdu are the same language
@@msr7373 Urdu n Panjaabi's example does not apply here at all. I agree with u that Hindko,Pahaarri n to an extent Saraiki speaking people consider themselves different than Panjabis but this is overwhelmingly due to geographic n cultural reasons rather than language itself bcoz these dialects share around 90 percent of basic words but pronunciation is quite different !!
Bro even UN has recognised Saraiki as a separate language , get some education. Apparently Saraiki has more vocals than Punjabi , also has its own script while Punjabis still use Urdu script to write!
