Questions to be asked when submitting the documents
When did you get married?
When did you apply for the visa?
In which city your partner lives?
What is your partner's home address? (Pakistan and Germany’s address)
What is your partner's profession and in which company he/she works?
what are the names of your parents? The name of your partners’ parents? (Make sure to answer the names mentioned in their ID cards)
What is the visa status of your partner?
When did you graduate? (Make sure to revise the starting and completion dates of your Metric/O-Levels, HSSC, Bachelor's, and Master's degrees, etc.)
When did you apply for the visa?
You can expect random simple questions regarding your family, your partner’s family, your marriage, education, etc.

Nikkah nama ko English m translate krwana hai Jo line fill nii hain us m English kiya likhain or Jo witness ky signature krana hoga

ap koi translation services use kr skti hein. Wo ~1K PKR charge krein gaye and apko translated docuemnt mill jaye ga. Lekin agar ap khud saye translate krna chahti hein, then jo line Urdu walaye Nikkah namaye pr fill nahi hai, ap ussaye English translation may bhi skip kr skti ho. And translation pr witness kaye signature nahi zrori hotaye. I hope this helps.

There is one alphabet difference in the fathers name on my passport and other documents Will this create any problem ? Father’s name on passport: Muhammad Father’s name on id card/Birth certificate: Mohammad

It is better to ensure that all the spellings are correct and the same on every document. Otherwise, it might create an issue in your case.

Agar apki fiancee Germany maye hein, then apko Family Reunion Visa (FRV) kayae liye apply krna hoga. Jab apki visa appointment aye gi tab apko apki fiancee saye kuch documents chahiye hongaye. FRV kaye case maye sponsorship letter nahi chahiye hota.

You applied in Oct 2019, But got nikkahfied in Jan 2020, So the visa officer did not ask you the dates are mismatch?

No, that wasn't a big issue. My fiance applied on my behalf. I received the appointment when all my legal marriage documents were prepared after getting married.

On the website it says all the docs should be in A4. Now the original Nikkah Nama which is in urdu - that is not in A4 originally, what to do with that?

The Nikkah Nama in Urdu should remain the same, you don't need to convert it into A4.

Anyone can make an appointment from anywhere. It doesn't matter if you are making an appointment online.

Hi. You don't need to worry much about the language. You can speak in Urdu in the interview with the embassy as well as with the lawyer.

WS. Make sure that all information on the birth certificate, including names, dates, and other details is correct. It is a very important document and even a minor mistake can create an issue. You may need to contact the union council or the authority that issued you the birth certificate to inquire about their procedures for correcting errors.

Salam sis. Mery husband Pakistan me hain or hum ne mail islamabad embassy beji thi for appointment. Jan2023. Abi tak appointment ki mail nai ai. We are in 16month jb se apply kia hy. Kafi videos me dekha tha k Islamabad embassy ki appointment time 18 to 20months hy. Is it right??? Embassy se hum mail se contact kr sakty ?

WS. The visa process varies for everyone and takes some time. You should definitely email the embassy to request an appointment. They may or may not reply, but it's important to contact them and inquire about your case.

As salamo alaikum dear Sana. This is Faizan (Indian) and I live in Berlin. My wife is from Karachi and we recently got married. The Nikah was in front of the marriage registrar and we have received our marriage certificate as well. I want to ask will there be any issue to process my wife's visa considering I'm an Indian national.

Walaikum Aslam! There shouldn't be any issue processing your wife's visa based on your Indian nationality. As long as you provide all the necessary documentation, including your marriage certificate, and meet the requirements for the family reunion visa in Germany, your application should proceed smoothly.
