Nice little knife with a bit of history history to it. BTW, Pallarès is pronounced Paya-Res. I picked up the cheaper model, plastic handle with carbon steel blade, at a hardware store in Barcelona. It was a last minute purchase, but, surprisingly, it turned out to work well for me. The softer steel is easy to keep sharp with just a few passes on a steel. Thanks for the review.
I will correct my pronunciation going forward! It is a fantastic knife and yes it does sharpen very easily. I used my leather strop to get this one shaving sharp. Thank you for watching and contributing!
