You know they're naturally aggressive for a reason they don't live any where near humans and they've always lived alone without people caring or even supporting them I mean maybe these people in The zoo or sanctuary are okay I'm not sure manules also the palas cat is a big resilient fur ball with razor sharp teeth three times the size of a normal house cat and their very good hunters I see alot of myself in these animals
@@crimsonfang264 Thank You so much for your common sense. Honestly they are Wild Animals, killed by, you guessed it, the Chinese for their fur and ridiculous medicinal use. BS. 🐾
@@cq9882 hmph I didn't actually know people made clothes and medicine out of these animals that's even more disgusting to me all they need to do is let this creature be there needs to be a law or enclosures or parks or sanctuary just something to house them from humans just something
@@signoguns8501 It's also a she not a he. And why does it matter if it's a Russian or not. You know there are Russian immigrants that live in the West right? That have been living here for 20 or even 30 years?
Still scary even with their milk teeth! Love the low, almost infrasound growls... This is like a room of 18 month old toddlers with Ninja skills saying, *"BACK off man, or I WILL CUT YOU..."* It leaves me speechless! ♥️♥️♥️
Yes! The Pallas Cat is very defensive, and totally undomesticatable species. Even these tiny kittens would rip a face right off, and they are capable of doing it too. Still, I think this is one of the absolute coolest feline species on Earth! Love that Pallas look!
They are very cool, I agree. They have evolved to be totally independent. After they leave the nest they have nothing to do with any other Palas’s Cat except for mating. I love that from the beginning they growl and hiss, no cute purring and meowing. The other wild cat I’ve come to know about recently is the Desert Cat. They also live alone and have adapted to a desert environment. Beautiful.
I well remember a friend telling me of a farm holiday when he was a boy, where they found a litter of farm cat kittens. He put his hand in to stroke the pretty kitties, and brought his hand out 'wearing' a number of them: Some by their teeth, some by their claws! Beautiful cats, but not defenseless!
The hissing and mouth flaring is actually helping their sense of smell ... until their nostrils are more fully developed they supplement their nostrils with smell intakes from their mouths ... so when you see their mouths open like that they're smelling things ... they do it less and less as they get older.
I watched this video first with the sound turned off and thought, "How cute, they are meowing at the camera! I wonder what their cute little voices sound like!" And then I decided to find out.
My family and I were pleased to see Pallas cats for the first time at the Cheyenne Mountain Zoo on Monday. I hadn't known any cat breeds had round pupils till then, these guys are adorable!
"Why you laughing at me?!" says the wee one in the back with the psychotic look in his eyes. Actually terrifying and I can't get enough. And that GROWL. Jesus.
Always nice to know that these kitties can easily kick our butts. Thus is the nature of the little creatures. Its always sort of amusing how fierce they think they are when they are little kittens.
What is cuter than a Pallas/Manul cat? A Pallas/ Manul kitten. 😸 I realize what is so cute about the Pallas Cat. It is those ears. All newborn kittens have those cute round ears by their face and a Pallas Cat looks like a large kitten to me. I love their thick coat and thick tail. And I love those eyes. 👀 "The better to see you with, my dear". ¡Ay caramba!
I absolutely assure you, 100 percent, that you do NOT want to pet one of these tough guys. Granted they are not actually tough "guys" yet, but rather, tough "bois", and excuse me if I am assuming gender here - that's not something I would ever do in an intentionally biased way. In fact, I have no problem addressing these little badasses in their preferred gender pronouns.
Terrifyingly cute! Even when they are grown adults. They still have that pudgy cuteness. I wonder how many humans got mauled because they were fooled by the cuteness?
They are like any feral cat they don't trust. They are so beautiful I love hearing them defend their true. To have one as a companion would be a privilege.
