Pallas's Cat is one of the Three Wild Cats of Ladakh 

Pallas's Cat / Manul (Octocolabus manul) is the smallest cats of the Three Wild Cats of Ladakh. Snow Leopard (Panthera uncia) and Eurasian Lynx ( Lynx lynx) are other two wild cats found in the Ladahk region of Indian Western Himalayas.
There are very few Pallas's Cat in Ladakh. Popular regions where they can be found and spotted are Hanle basin, Tsokar wetland complex, Chumur, Hemis National Park areas.
This video is from the far eastern Ladakh landscape. Here the cat is on early morning round of hunt in open fields. Voles are primary prey the cat hunts in winter months. Winter months are the hardest for the cats due to less preys.
